Guests complain, but you don’t know how serious it is.
A complaint tells you someone had a bad experience. It does not show whether the issue is one room, one floor or the wider property.
A speed test at reception can look fine while guests struggle in rooms or shared spaces. WiFiCert gives you independent, vendor-neutral evidence of actual guest Wi‑Fi quality across one real property.
Hotels usually see fragments of the problem. WiFiCert turns those fragments into independent evidence you can use to make a decision.

One strong result in reception cannot represent a guest trying to work, stream or make a video call somewhere else.
They may be right. WiFiCert does not replace them. It gives you a separate, independent view of what is actually being delivered.
Before approving more work or spending more money, you need a clearer view of what is working and what is not.
You do not need to understand Wi‑Fi engineering or change your current supplier to start.
Share the venue and basic property details. We confirm permission, suitability and the right assessment scope.
The WiFiCert app guides the assessment across the areas that matter for that property, rather than one convenient test point.
The completed assessment produces a WiFi Quality Score and evidence showing what is working and where attention may be needed.
If improvement is needed, use the findings with your existing IT team or provider. Apply for certification only when the property is ready.
We’re selecting a small number of real properties to help validate the complete assessment journey across different venues, devices and network conditions. What matters now is variety and genuine venue access, not lead volume.
Registering a property does not commit you to anything. We’ll confirm whether it fits the current validation phase and arrange timing separately.
Most venues do not need a badge first. They need to understand what their guests are actually experiencing and what deserves attention.
If the evidence shows weaknesses, the Full Report and Improvement Plan give the property a clearer route forward. You can improve the network with your existing team or provider, then reassess later.
Your existing provider can continue to install, support or improve the network. WiFiCert provides the separate evidence and, if you later apply, makes the certification decision independently.
That is the value of the process: the result is not judged by the same person who delivered the work.
Register a hotel or hospitality property for the current validation phase. We’ll confirm suitability, permission and timing before the assessment takes place.
